Analytics

Analyze sales by region (with a map), segment and product, and compare sellers' KPIs with monthly targets.

The “Analytics” section shows sales in three views: “Region”, “Product” and “Sales rep KPI”. Sales are calculated from non-cancelled orders (by creation date) and from sent, partially paid or fully paid invoices (by invoice date).

Selecting a period and view

Open the “Analytics” section from the menu.

Select the “Region”, “Product” or “Sales rep KPI” tab at the top.

For the period, click “This month”, “Last 30 days”, “Last 3 months” or “This year”, or select the dates manually.

To download the table as an Excel file, click “⬆️ Export to Excel”.

Analysis by region and segment

On the “Region” tab, customers are shown as colored dots on the map: the color indicates the customer's status (active, at risk, blocked, lost, new), and the size indicates the sales volume.

Click a dot to open the customer's card.

In the “By city” table, see the number of customers, active customers, sales and debt; in the “By segment” table, see sales by segment.

Products and KPIs

On the “Product” tab, the “Top products” table shows each item's quantity, bonus quantity, revenue, share of total revenue, and the number of orders and customers.

On the “Sales rep KPI” tab, each employee's sales, orders, visits, check-ins and new customers are compared with their targets.

To set targets, click “🎯 Targets”, select the “Month”, enter the “Sales (AZN)”, “Order”, “Visits” and “New customers” targets for each employee, and click “Save”.

Analytics charts

In the “Region” view, below the map you see sales and debt by city (horizontal bars), and sales and customer count by segment (donut).

In the “Product” view, charts show the revenue of the top 10 products and their share of revenue (first 6 products + “Other”).

In the “Sales rep KPI” view, each rep’s sales are shown next to the target; the second chart shows visits, orders and new customers.

The charts update for the period you select (This month, Last 30 days, etc.).

Rules

Analytics is tied to the “Reports” permission; only users with the “Reports — Edit” permission can change targets.

The “⬆️ Export to Excel” button is visible only to users with the “Excel export” permission.

KPI achievement is color-coded: 100% and above green, 70–99% yellow, below 70% red.

KPI targets are monthly: the target for the month in which the selected period starts is used.

Only customers with a GPS location saved on their card appear on the map.

Product and visit figures come from the Orders and Visits sections; these sections are available on the Business and Enterprise plans.

Besides the city and segment breakdown, the “Region” tab has a “Customer concentration” block: the share of sales from the largest customer, the top 10 and top 20 customers, and the list of the top 20 (share and cumulative share). Click a customer name to open their card.

In the KPI tab, clicking an employee’s bar in the “Sales and target” chart, or the sales amount in the table, opens that employee’s orders for the selected period (the filter is shown at the top and removed with “✕ Clear filter”). The chart shows values next to the bars. Sales also include invoices not linked to orders, so the list total can sometimes differ.

The top of Analytics explains how sales are counted and the period. In the region table, customers without a city are in the “City not specified” row — click it to open the list of those customers.

Product revenue comes from order lines — excl. VAT, after discount; bonus lines are not revenue. Percentages are rounded to one decimal, so totals may differ slightly from 100%. Hover a column header to see its definition.
