Calls

Log incoming and outgoing calls with customers so that the communication history with each customer is complete.

In the “📞 Calls” section, you log every phone conversation with a customer: direction, duration, outcome and a short note. Logged calls also appear in the activity feed on the customer card.

Logging a call

Click “+ New call”.

Select the customer from the “Customer *” list (you can type the name in the search box).

Select the “Direction”: “Incoming” or “Outgoing”.

Enter the “Duration (minutes)” and select the “Status”: “Completed”, “No answer” or “Busy”.

Write the outcome of the conversation in “Notes” and click “Save”.

Viewing and deleting calls

The list shows the customer, direction (📥 Incoming / 📤 Outgoing), duration, status, date and notes.

To delete an incorrect entry, click “Delete” at the end of the row and confirm.

To see all of a customer's calls, open their card and select the “📞 Calls” filter in the feed.

Rules

Selecting a customer is required.

The call date is saved as the moment it was logged.

Call entries are also counted in the “Calls, email, WhatsApp” counter on the customer card.

In restricted visibility mode, a seller only sees calls for their own customers and calls they logged themselves; they cannot log a call for another seller's customer.

Whether you can add and delete calls depends on your position's “Calls” permissions.

Log a call from the “Calls” page or with the “📞 Call” button on the customer card (the customer is preselected). The date and time default to now and can be moved to the past; a future time is not accepted, and the duration cannot be negative. The list shows the call date and time.

Choose the outcome of a completed call (interested, asked for an offer, meeting agreed, placed an order, call back later, declined) — it is shown under the status in the list. If “Create a task for me for the next step” is ticked, a task is created for you on the chosen date.

After an unanswered call, set a task or a “Next contact date” for the lead so you do not forget the customer.
