Campaigns

Send bulk email campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts to a selected group of customers, contact persons or leads, and track the results.

The “📣 Campaigns” section has two features: “📣 Email campaigns” and “💬 WhatsApp broadcast”. The top of the page shows the number of emails sent today, the daily limit and the number of unsubscribes. Email campaigns are available on Standard and higher plans, and WhatsApp broadcast on Business and higher.

Creating an email campaign

Click “+ New campaign” — a draft is created and its page opens.

Fill in the “Campaign name (internal)” field.

In the “👥 Audience” section, select the recipients: Customers, Contact persons or Leads; apply filters such as status, “Primary contact only”, lead stage and source.

Check the number of recipients and the sample addresses below.

Write the “Subject” and “Text”; click the {{ad}}, {{sirket}}, {{email}}, {{telefon}} buttons to copy a variable and paste it into the text.

Click “💾 Save”, then use “📧 Test” to send a test email to yourself.

Sending and managing a campaign

To send immediately, click “🚀 Send now” and confirm.

To send later, select the date and time and click “🕘 Schedule”.

While sending, use “⏸ Pause” and then “▶ Resume”.

Click “📄 Duplicate” to create a new draft with the same text.

Track the results in the statistics cards (Sent, Opened, Not delivered / error, Unsubscribed) and the “📬 Recipients” table.

WhatsApp broadcast

In the “💬 WhatsApp broadcast” section, click “+ New broadcast”.

Enter the “Name” and select an approved “Template”.

Fill in the template's {{1}}, {{2}} fields; the {{ad}}, {{şirkət}}, {{qalıq_borc}}, {{telefon}} buttons insert each recipient's own details.

In the “Recipients” section, select the filters: customer type, status, order type, “Last order before this date” and “Only customers with debt”; the number of recipients and a sample message are shown.

Set the “Interval between messages (seconds)” and, if you like, choose a time.

Click “Start sending” (or “Schedule”), or select “Save as draft”.

Rules

To send, the subject and text must not be empty, email must be configured and the audience must include recipients with an email address.

The recipient list is fixed at the moment the campaign starts; after that, the audience cannot be changed.

Emails are sent gradually within the daily limit; when the limit is reached, the rest continue automatically on the following days. The admin sets the limit in “Settings” in the “Campaign emails — daily limit” field (250 by default).

Company details and an “Unsubscribe” link are added automatically to the end of each email.

Addresses that have unsubscribed, reported spam or permanently bounced will never receive a campaign again.

Each email address receives a campaign only once; invalid addresses are skipped.

The scheduled time cannot be in the past; a campaign that is being sent cannot be deleted, and deleting a campaign also deletes its statistics.

Campaign statuses: Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Paused, Completed.

WhatsApp broadcasts are sent only with a template approved by Meta; the interval between messages is 2–60 seconds; deliveries, reads and replies are counted automatically.

Creating, starting and deleting campaigns depends on the “Campaigns” permissions; a user with view-only permission cannot change a campaign.

Insert variables into the campaign text at the cursor with the buttons above the editor; use “👁 Preview” to check how the subject and text will look for a specific customer.

To narrow the audience, search and select several entries in “Specific companies / customers”. In the “Contact persons” audience, after choosing a company you can also pick its specific contacts (e.g. 2 people of one company). If the list is empty, the filter applies to all customers.

Use period variables in the text: {{ay}} — current month, {{keçən_ay}} — previous month, {{il}} — current year (in the recipient’s language; e.g. “declaration for {{keçən_ay}}”). A new campaign gets a dated name. Sending progress shows sent, queued, failed and skipped recipients separately.

Before sending to a large audience, always send yourself a “📧 Test”: the variables are filled with the first recipient's details, so you can check how the email will look.
