Companies

See only legal-entity customers in a separate list, together with headcount, active orders and debt.

The “🏢 Companies” section shows customers that are legal entities. The cards at the top show the number of companies, active companies and total debt. The table shows the director, phone, email, employees, active orders, debt, owner and status. Click a company name to open the full customer card.

Adding a new company

Click “+ New company”.

Fill in “Company name *”, and enter the “Legal form” (LLC, OJSC, CJSC, etc.), “Head (director)” and TIN (VÖEN).

If needed, fill in the “Address and segment”, “Details”, “Social media” and “Other” sections.

Click “Save” — the company will also appear in the “Customers” list.

Search and filters

Type a search term in the “Name, tax ID, phone...” field.

Select the status (“Active”, “Inactive”) and the owner.

To see only companies with debt, tick “Only customers with debt” or click the “Debt” card.

Clicking the debt amount opens the “Finance” section; clicking the number of active orders opens that company's orders.

Use “⬆️ Export .xlsx” to download only the company list to Excel.

Rules

Only legal entities can be created in this section; add individuals and sole proprietors in the “Customers” section.

Customer rules also apply to companies: the TIN must be 10 digits and unique, and the phone number must be unique.

Debt is the sum of open orders and the outstanding balance of unpaid invoices.

The “Employees” column shows the number of individuals linked to this company (or, if there are none, the headcount entered in the form).

When the company name changes, it is also updated on the cards of the individuals who work there.

Deleting requires the delete permission for Customers; export requires the export permission.

Add the company's management and staff (position, phone, email) in the “👥 Management and staff” section of the company card — you will then be able to pick them from a list when writing an email.
