Your company address

The CRM is at crm.sbt.az; each company also has its own address: <company>.crm.sbt.az — the sign-in page shows the company name and logo.

Main address: https://crm.sbt.az (website, demo: crm.sbt.az/demo, plans: crm.sbt.az/pricing). Each company also has its own address, e.g. https://ruslan.crm.sbt.az — the sign-in page shows the company name and logo; share this link with your staff.

The name in the address is the company short name (slug); write to support to change it.

Upload the logo in Settings → Company details — it is shown on the sign-in page too.

If you sign in on another company’s address (e.g. your company is ruslan.crm.sbt.az but you signed in on sbt.crm.sbt.az), the system moves you to your own company’s address with a one-time code. Demo accounts stay on crm.sbt.az.

When you sign in on crm.sbt.az you are moved to your company address (<company>.crm.sbt.az) automatically — the sign-in is passed with a one-time 2-minute code, no need to type the password again.

Platform support can change the name in your company address (e.g. sbt.crm.sbt.az) — after a change the old link stops working.
