Deals

Track sales opportunities with customers by amount, status and owner.

In the “💰 Deals” section, each sales opportunity is recorded separately: title, customer, amount, status and owner. You can track deals in the “▦ Kanban” or “☰ Table” view; the top of each column shows the count and the total amount.

Creating a new deal

Click “+ New deal”.

Fill in “Title *” and select the customer from the “Customer” list.

Fill in “Amount (₼)”, “Status”, “Owner” and “Close date”.

Add “Notes” if needed and click “Save”.

Changing the status

In the Kanban view, drag the card and drop it in the right column: New, In progress, Won, Lost.

Or click the card, select a new value from the “Status” list and click “Save”.

Files and filters

In the table view, click 📎 (“Files”) to add or view documents for the deal.

Clicking the “Amount won” or “Open deals” card on a customer card filters the list by that customer.

The active filter is shown at the top; click “✕ Clear filter” to return to all deals.

Rules

The title is required; other fields are optional.

When a deal is assigned to an owner or the owner changes, the new owner is notified.

To drag cards you need the edit permission for deals; to delete, you need the delete permission.

If “💰 Also create a deal” is selected when a lead is converted to a customer, a deal is created automatically with the “New” status.

In restricted visibility mode, a seller only sees deals for their own customers and deals assigned to or created by themselves; they cannot link a deal to another seller's customer.

“Planned close date” is the date you expect; when a deal is won or lost, the actual close time is recorded automatically. A reason is required for a lost deal. After a win you are offered to create an order — it is linked to the deal and shown on its card.

In the deal window, click the customer's name to go directly to their card.

If an order is linked to a deal (created from the deal), the deal automatically becomes “Won” when the order is delivered — won sales in Reports match the orders.
