Switching from demo to a real account

Turn your demo into a real account with the same data: keep or delete the sample data — your choice.

A demo account shows every feature with sample data and is deleted when it expires. If you like it, no new sign-up is needed: press “Switch to a real account” in the banner at the top.

Check the company name and choose a plan.

Sample data: “Delete” — only what you added stays; “Keep” — everything stays.

Enter a new strong password (at least 8 characters, letters and digits).

Press “Send code” — a 6-digit code arrives in your email (valid for 15 minutes). Enter it and press “Switch to a real account” — the trial starts and you sign in again. If the platform requires sign-up approval, you get an email once the account is approved.

Only the account owner (who opened the demo) can switch.

Demo staff passwords are changed for security; set new ones in Users if needed.

Email and WhatsApp sending are enabled in a real account.
