Email Templates
Create ready-made templates with variables for frequently sent emails and write emails with them in a few clicks.
The “📧 Email templates” section stores ready-made texts: reminders, offers, greetings, etc. You add variables such as {{ad}} and {{sirket}} to a template, and when the email is sent they are automatically replaced with the customer's details. The top of the page shows whether email is configured.
When a new company signs up, the default templates of its sector profile (e.g. “Price offer”, “Payment reminder” — AZ / EN / RU) are added once. After that they belong to the company: edit, delete and write new ones.
Creating a new template
Click “+ New template”.
In the “Name *” field, enter an internal name for the template (e.g. Tax return reminder).
Enter the “Subject *” and select the “Template language”: Azerbaijani, English or Русский.
Write the text in the “Text *” editor and insert variables where needed.
Click “Save”.
Writing an email from a template
Click “📧 Write email” on the template row.
Select the customer from the “To (customer) *” list; customers without an email are marked “no email”.
Click “Continue →” — the email window opens, pre-filled with the template text.
Edit the text if needed and click “Send”.
Variables and rules
{{ad}} — customer name; {{sirket}} — company; {{email}} — email; {{telefon}} — phone; {{menecer}} — name of the sending employee.
The name, subject and text are required.
When you write an email, templates in the customer's language are listed first and marked with ✓.
Everyone can use templates; creating, editing and deleting them requires the “Email templates” permissions (admin and manager by default).
Clicking a variable above the editor ({{ad}}, {{sirket}}, {{email}}, {{telefon}}, {{menecer}}) inserts it at the cursor. “👁 Preview” shows the text with the data of the customer you choose (or sample data); an empty value is marked with a yellow “—”.
Create the same template separately in all three languages — the system will automatically put the one matching the customer's language first.
