Sales Pipeline
See the entire sales journey, from lead to active customer, in 9 stages on a single board and analyze conversion.
The “🧭 Sales pipeline” combines leads and customers on one board. Stages 1–5 are leads: Lead, First contact, Proposal sent, Negotiation, Trial product given. Stages 6–9 reflect the customer's status: Contract, Active customer, At-risk customer, Lost customer.
Working with the board
Open the “Board” tab.
If needed, select an employee from the “All owners” list — only their cards remain.
Each card shows how many days it has been in the stage (⏱), the amount, segment, city and owner.
Click the card name: a lead card opens the “Leads” section, and a customer card opens the customer's card.
Changing a lead's stage
Open the “→ Change stage” list at the bottom of the lead card.
Select the new stage or “✕ Lost”.
The “Stage changed” notification appears and the card moves to the new column.
Conversion analysis
Open the “Conversion analysis” tab.
Select the start and end dates of the period (the last 30 days by default).
The header shows the number of leads created in the period, how many of them became customers and the percentage.
Each stage's bar shows how many reached it and the “% of previous” conversion rate.
Rules
Stages 6–9 cannot be changed manually: the customer's status changes automatically based on credit and order rules.
“Contract” — the customer has no orders or invoices yet; “Active” — the customer is operating normally.
“At risk” — overdue debt is older than 60 days by default, or the customer is blocked; “Lost” — no orders for more than 90 days by default.
Each time a card moves to a new stage, a task is created automatically for the owner (e.g. “Make first contact with the lead”, “Get feedback on the proposal”, “Winback plan”).
Each stage has a time limit (e.g. Lead — 2 days, First contact — 3 days, Proposal — 5 days); cards that exceed the limit are shown in red.
Time limits, task names and the at-risk/lost days can only be changed by an admin in “Settings → 🧭 Sales rules”.
Inactive customers are not shown on the board; each column shows up to 100 cards.
To change a lead's stage, you need the edit permission for Leads.
In the conversion analysis, stages 1–6 show how far the leads created in the period got, and stages 7–9 show the customers who moved into that status during the period. A stage with a low conversion rate is the bottleneck in your sales.
