Stock count (inventory)
Count the warehouse, enter quantities manually, with a barcode scanner or via Excel, approve — differences go to the log; the report prints with signature places.
Warehouse → “Stock count” tab. A count starts as a draft: you can enter and save as much as you like, balances do not change. On “Approve” the difference for each product (counted − system balance) is posted to the “Movement log” as an “adjustment” and the balance becomes equal to the counted quantity. Number: SAY-2026-0001.
Doing a count
“+ New count” → choose the warehouse and date, enter the counter, storekeeper and manager → “Start count”.
The table shows all products of the warehouse with the system balance. Enter what you counted in “Counted”. With a barcode scanner: scan the product barcode into the search box — each scan adds +1.
With Excel: “⬆️ Excel sheet” → fill in the “Sayılan” (Counted) column → “⬇️ Load from Excel”. Products are matched by code, barcode or name; empty rows are skipped.
“Save” keeps the draft so you can continue later. The “With difference” filter shows only products that differ.
“Approve” → check → confirm. Optionally tick “Set uncounted products to 0” (full count); otherwise the balance of uncounted products is not changed.
Report and signatures
“Print report” — A4 report: per product in system / counted / difference / price / difference amount, surplus, shortage and net difference.
At the end of the report there are three signature places: “Counted by”, “Storekeeper”, “Manager” — names come from the count.
A report printed before approval is marked “DRAFT”. “Count sheet” is a blank sheet to fill in by hand in the warehouse (system balance is not shown).
With “Blind count” ticked, the counter does not see the system figure — neither on screen nor in the Excel sheet. Such a count is more honest.
Report price: choose “Price: sale price” or “Price: purchase price (cost)” — the difference amount in the table and in the printed report uses the selected price (purchase price is visible only with the permission).
Avoid receipts / issues in that warehouse during the count: the difference is calculated against the balance at approval. An approved count cannot be changed or deleted — if there was a mistake, do a new count. For IMEI / serial-tracked products the difference is not adjusted automatically — it is noted in the report; post a “Receipt” or “Issue” with serial numbers.
