Tasks

Create tasks for yourself and your team, track deadlines and automate recurring work.

In the “✅ Tasks” section, all work is shown in one table: title, customer, owner, due date, priority and status. An overdue task is marked “Overdue”, and a task due today is marked “Today”. Tasks linked to a project show the project number next to them.

Creating a new task

Click “+ New task”.

Enter a “Title *” and, if you like, add a “Description”.

Select the “Customer”, “Owner” and “Due date”.

Select the “Priority” (High, Medium, Low) and “Status” (Pending, In progress, Completed), then click “Save”.

Recurring tasks

In the task form, select “Every week”, “Every month”, “Every quarter” or “Every year” from the “Recurrence” list.

Save the task. A 🔁 icon will appear next to it in the list.

Complete the task with the ✓ button. The next task is created automatically, with the due date shifted by that interval.

Filters and management

Select one of the filters at the top: “Open”, “Mine”, “Overdue”, “Completed”, “All”. The number of tasks is shown in brackets.

Click the pencil icon to edit a task, or the trash icon to delete it.

You can also change a task's due date by dragging it in the “Calendar” section.

Rules and reminders

When a task is assigned to someone, that person is notified.

The owner receives automatic reminders one day before the due date, on the due date and when it has passed.

The next occurrence of a recurring task is created only once. The new task has the “Waiting” status and the owner is notified.

The due date of a completed task cannot be changed from the calendar.

The Tasks module is available on all plans.

Tasks can be shown as a list or a Kanban board (“☰ List / ▦ Kanban” at the top). In Kanban the columns are statuses: Waiting, In progress, Completed — dragging a card changes its status, clicking it opens the editor. The last 30 completed tasks are shown. The choice is remembered in the browser.

A completed task shows who completed it and when. A lead task shows 🎯 the lead name instead of a customer. For a recurring task, the form says on which date the next task will be created.

A task can be cancelled with “✕” and a reason — cancelled tasks leave open lists and overdue counts and appear with their reason under “Cancelled”. After completing with “✓”, the “Undo” button in the notification restores the previous status. The list shows a project task’s stage and why an automatic task was created. Moving a date in the calendar also offers “Undo”.
