Wholesale and retail prices

Retail and wholesale price per product; choose the price type on an order; minimum wholesale quantity and minimum order amount.

A product card has two prices: “Sale price” (retail) and “Wholesale price”. If the wholesale price is empty, the retail price is used in wholesale orders too.

Setting up

Stock & Warehouse → Products → open a product: enter “Wholesale price” and “Minimum quantity for wholesale” (e.g. 10 boxes).

Settings → Sales rules → “Minimum wholesale order amount” (e.g. 500 ₼). 0 — no minimum.

For a customer-specific minimum: customer card → Other → “Minimum wholesale order amount”.

The order form has “Price type” — Retail or Wholesale. Switching updates the prices of product lines.

If Wholesale is chosen but a product minimum or the order minimum is not met, the order is not accepted: a window lists every limit.

“Switch to retail” saves the order at retail prices; “Fix quantity” takes you back to the form.

The same rules apply in the Telegram bot and the POS.

Legal entities are not treated as wholesale automatically — choose the type on each order.
