Why deals get lost: scattered data and forgotten follow-ups
In small and mid-sized companies, sales often depend on each rep's personal notes. When a rep goes on leave or leaves the company, the customer history goes too, and a lead that nobody called back ends up with a competitor. A CRM keeps everything about each customer on one card and makes the next step hard to forget.
Leads and sales pipeline: from first contact to contract
Every enquiry is recorded as a lead and moves through stages. The Sales Pipeline brings leads and customers together on one board with 9 stages.
- Each lead stores its source, the service it is interested in, estimated value, owner and next contact date.
- Drag a card on the Kanban board to change its stage; a lost lead can only be closed with a reason.
- Moving to a new stage automatically creates a task for the owner, and cards that exceed the stage time limit turn red.
- Convert a lead into a customer in one click and, if you like, create a deal at the same time.
- Conversion analysis shows the pass-through rate of every stage, so you can spot the bottleneck in your sales process.
Customers, calls and tasks on a single card
The customer card holds the details of an individual, legal entity or sole proprietor: tax ID (VOEN), bank details, contact persons and the full activity feed. When you log a call you choose its outcome and can create a follow-up task straight away. Tasks can repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and the owner is reminded a day before the due date and on the day itself.
CRM software for managers: dashboard and reports
The dashboard shows cards for leads, customers, deals, tasks and calls, sales charts for the last 12 months and seller results on one page.
- Reports summarise deals by month, quarter, year and by individual seller.
- Scheduled reports are emailed to management automatically on the day and at the time you choose.
- A setting lets you restrict sellers to seeing only their own customers.
- Each employee sees only the sections their role is allowed to access.
Who it is for
SBT CRM is built for service companies, distributors, B2B sellers and any business with a sales team that wants to run its customer base systematically. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone with the same account, and the interface is available in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
How to get started
Sign up and your 7-day free trial starts straight away, with no bank card required. Import your existing customer list from an Excel file: rows with a duplicate tax ID, email or phone number are skipped automatically. Then invite your colleagues by email. Plans and terms are listed on the Pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install SBT CRM on my computer?
No. It works in the browser. If you prefer, you can add it to your phone or computer as an app, and there is also a separate app file for Android.
Can I import my existing customer list from Excel?
Yes. In the Customers section you import an .xlsx file that has a “Name” column. Afterwards you see how many customers were added and how many were skipped as duplicates.
Can I adapt the sales stages to my own process?
Yes. In Sales rules an admin can rename lead stages, hide the ones you do not need and add your own. Stage time limits and the names of automatic tasks are configured there too.
Will sellers see each other's customers?
That is up to you. When the “Sellers see only their own customers” setting is on, a seller sees only their own and their teammates' customers, leads and deals.
What happens to my data when the free trial ends?
If you do not choose a plan during the trial, the system switches to read-only mode: your data is kept, but you cannot make changes. Once you choose a plan and pay, you continue where you left off.
