A distributor's everyday challenges

Two price lists, small orders slipping through at wholesale prices, goods promised that are not in stock and debts that are not collected on time are what erode wholesale margins most. The software moves these rules out of your reps' heads and into the system.

Wholesale prices and minimums

  • Every product card has a retail price, a wholesale price and a minimum wholesale quantity.
  • A minimum order amount is set company-wide and, if needed, separately for a specific customer.
  • Switching the price type on an order updates the prices on every line automatically.
  • If a minimum is not met, the order is not accepted and you are offered to switch it to retail or increase the quantity.
  • On a retail order, once a quantity reaches the wholesale threshold, applying the wholesale price is suggested.
  • The same rules apply at the POS and in the Telegram bot.

Orders: reservation, delivery and partial delivery

The due date is calculated in working days by order type, skipping weekends and holidays. Items are reserved as soon as they are added to an order, and any shortfall is reserved automatically when stock arrives. Delivery can come from several warehouses and in parts, and bonus items are free of charge but still leave stock. You can repeat an order in one click and have a waybill generated from a template when the order goes into fulfilment.

Credit limits and accounts receivable

If a customer's current debt plus the new order exceeds their credit limit, or the customer is blocked, the order waits for finance approval. The payment term starts from delivery, and a payment schedule lets customers pay in instalments. The Finance section shows debt aging and each customer's risk score.

Together with field sales and analytics

Sales reps can take orders on their phones during visits, even offline. The Analytics section breaks sales down by region, product and seller, and compares each seller's results with their monthly targets.

How to get started

Upload products and balances from Excel and your customer base from a separate Excel file, then add wholesale prices and minimum quantities to the product cards. Your 7-day free trial starts when you sign up, with no bank card required. The plans that include orders and inventory are listed on the Pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Can the same customer buy both wholesale and retail?

Yes. The price type is chosen on each order, and a legal entity is not automatically treated as a wholesale buyer.

Is an order accepted if there is not enough stock?

Yes. A “Short” warning appears on the form, the available quantity is reserved and the rest is reserved automatically when stock arrives or is transferred.

Can some customers have a different minimum order amount?

Yes. You can set a minimum wholesale order amount on the customer card, and it overrides the company-wide minimum.

Can customers pay for wholesale orders in instalments?

Yes. Set up a payment schedule on the order or invoice. Incoming payments are allocated to instalments in date order, and expected payments are shown in the Finance section.

Can the due date of an order be changed?

Yes. An admin can change it, and so can employees who edit orders if this is allowed in Sales rules. A reason is required, and the old date stays in the change history.
